Shinsei Taiso-do Reiki (Taiso Reiki) is a Reiki healing system developed by Reiki Master Dr. Cibi John Francis after 23 years of studies and research in various healing modalities such as Usui Shiki Ryoho, Karuna Reiki, Lightarian Reiki, Rainbow Reiki, Seichim Reiki, Munayi Ki, Yoga, Qigong, Naturopathy, and various therapies of exercise science.

Shinsei Taiso-do Reiki training involves a systemic approach to training that involves gentle body healing exercises, Shinsei breathing exercises, hand mudras, meditation, and hands-on healing methods.
