Mindful Movement: Exploring Qi Gong Mastery

Coach Cibi John has been practicing and researching martial arts and its theraupetic systems for more than 25 years. He is also trained different martial arts like Karate, Taekwondo, Jeet Kune Do, Krav Maga, TaiChi Chuan (Yang Style) and Qigong (Wudang and Yang Style) from various masters from India, South Korea and South Africa.

Qigong, pronounced “chi gong,” was developed in China thousands of years ago as part of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM). It involves using gentle exercises to optimize energy within the physical body and mind, with the aim of improving the health

Coach Cibi John’s two approaches:

  • Using Qigong, Coach Cibi emits ‘Qi’ into your body, balancing your energy by working hands on and hands-off (One on one sessions)
  • Also teach you necessary Qigong exercises that are relevant for your needs and requirement to overcome physical and mental challenges.

What to expect in an Integrated Qigong healing session?

During a Qigong treatment, the practitioner will balance, and unblock energy, sending or removing excess ‘Qi’ (Vital energy) as needed. Here Coach Cibi uses both hands-on and hands-off techniques to balance the client’s energy. He works to empower your body’s natural healing capabilities. During the session, he often train theraupetic exercises so that the client can take control of their own health. Coach Cibi tailors classes to people with varying ranges of mobility. This teachique can help with pain, illness, injuries and stress.
